\While driving home to Worcestershire from holiday

I suffered severe arrhythmia and was taken by ambulance to your A&E dept. The care and attention I received from everyone was outstanding, especially from junior doctor and two wonderful trainee doctors, and I was eventually successfully on my way again. My thanks to you all.Jan Ricketts.

Thank you for sharing your experience on here about when you required medical assistance from our Emergency Department, I am sorry that you had cause to use their services but am delighted to hear that the care and treatment you received were outstanding, especially from the junior and trainee doctors.

I will be passing your wonderful comments to all staff that would have been involved in your care as I know they will be delighted to receive them.
