"Ward5"

About: Milton Keynes Hospital

My baby was admitted recently.

Dr's were excellent ,excellent care , good with information , updates on child's care and progress

The Nurse was professional & very helpful

I believe ward 5 need / must be divided into sections 0-5 years and 6-15 for the peace of others it was unbearable to hear helpless babies cry non stop staff seem deaf to cry as well .

Moms must be encouraged to be mindful of others . eg not to sing loud , not to use gadgets with high volume . leaving crying babies unattended

I'm grateful for my child's care but not happy with the unpleasant environment.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about the care your daughter received on Ward 5. We are so pleased to hear that you had a positive experience in terms of the level of care your daughter was given. We are sorry that the environment was not as pleasant as you would have liked and we will be sure to pass these comments onto the department.
