The Dr I saw is highly professional, supportive and caring. On the occasions that I have had to make an appointment, I felt that they listen and ask relevant questions as to what is going physically, emotionally and mentally for me. the Dr then prescribes or requests the relevant follow up care or investigation.

I feel that my health and wellbeing is taken seriously and as such is gets better quickly or receives the support that it needs through further specialist consultation.

The receptionists are always helpful and I find the system of having the GP call back in the morning to assess over the phone is efficient and can save a trip in if not needed, equally if I need to have an in person assessment I have always been able to get a prompt appointment.

I highly rate the practice and appreciate that this Dr treats the whole person and not just the symptoms.
