The whole experience as in inpatient was above any expectation. From admission, which was efficient and speedy to the initial diagnosis, treatment followed by decision of next step. I was moved to the ward and attended to without delay. All staff, except one agency nurse, were not only effective, understanding and caring, there attitude gave me feeling of security and confidence in all procedures. Also the treatment of my family was courteous and sympathetic. Thank you..
