"Outpatient appointments"

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square / Neurology

Outpatient appointment for my husband aged 80 with Motor Neurone Disease.

We had to wait one and three quarter hours on an uncomfortable hard chair which I really do not think is acceptable when you are given an appointment time.

Maybe half an hour wait but when you are seeing patients who are very unwell I think that the wait is unkind, and when you have no idea how long you will be sitting there.

I could have taken him to the restaurant if I had been told but no information was given.

I cannot fault the doctors and nurses,

I think they are just very overworked but perhaps you could relook at fitting in too many patients into one clinic.
