"Thank You NHS"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Accident and emergency

My wife came to the A&E Dept on the evening of 8th May with Atrial Fibrillation. OK, A&E were busy but she was seen promptly and the Triage nurse was great, as were the doctor, nurses and Xray guy in Resus. All were very professional, very caring and kept us informed, which was great in a busy department. Sorry I did not get your names.....

My grateful thanks to you all and thank you NHS.

Box of chocolates on the way!

Dear author

Thank you for your lovely words and for taking the time to share your experience when you attended A&E with your wife on the 8 May 2018.

It is so lovely to hear of how our staff worked well to provide you with a high level of respect and kindness. It is also very reassuring to know that the triage nurse, the doctor and the x ray staff were caring and professional.

We will ensure your words of 'thanks' are passed on to the members of staff, for recognition and further encouragement.

Kind regards

Patient Advice & Liaison Service (BHT)
