"Breast screening"

I visited the breast screening department yesterday and I cannot say it was a pleasant experience, the member of staff did not put me at ease and was quite abrupt, twice I exclaimed how uncomfortable it was and that it took my breath away and got no response whatsoever, no patient interaction or compassion, after I was finished in my hurry to exit I nearly went out through the Staff only door and she almost fell over herself to make it clear it was the wrong exit !!!!!! Has completely put me off going again.
