I was diagnosed by him with a relatively rare condition, but nevertheless he diagnosed it correctly, speedily, and without doubt on his part. This inspired great confidence in me. Only when a professional has a deep and thorough understanding of the subject matter, can they explain it in clear jargon free way to a layperson. My consultant was able to do this. He was thorough, to the point, but at the same time personable and reassuring to deal with.
