"Terrible Surgery"

About: Staverton Surgery

I registered as temporary patient in January. In March had heart attack at Euston Station and admitted to UCLH. I was then transferred to Barts where they undermined all test results. On Thurs 3 May 2018 was forced to ring 111 with chest pain from the SURGERY as all doctors refused to examine me. Ambulance rang surgery and staff tried to say I did not have chest pain but had mental illness. I was admitted to hospital but no nearer getting my care reviewed by UCLH as requested in St Barts Hospital complaint 28 March 2018. I certainly would not recommend this surgery to my worst enemy!

Dear Miss Meakin,

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the care recently provided to you at Staverton Surgery. We have spoken to the whole team and fully investigated the events on 3rd May and due to your confidentiality would be happy to discuss this with you further. We note that you have been offered an appointment to come in.

Kind Regards

Lisa Anderson

Practice Manager
