(as the patient),

I  attended the Dermatology outpatients unit at Forth Valley Royal Hospital for a biopsy. I was seen by David and Doreen who made the experience as good as it could be in the circumstances. They were very prompt seeing me, explained what they were doing throughout the procedure and were very reassuring.

I expected to wait longer for my appointment to come through but I was seen within two weeks of the initial referral.
