Great thorough treatment from the receptionists, the nurse who was really friendly when he checked my bp and temperature, the doctor who gave me my stitches and put me at ease, and the X-ray doctor who gave me some X-rays. I always feel for A and E staff, it’s not their fault if you see a drunk or a drug addict kick off in the waiting room! they have to have so much patience and sometimes suffer abuse from patients far more so than a GP or surgeon, so be nice to them :)
