"Massive thanks"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

I had my little girl in June 2017 and my midwife Diane was brilliant. Made me feel so calm and relaxed about everything! Diane then came back on night shift the following night and I hadn’t got to grips with breastfeeding by that point. If it hadn’t been for Diane I think would’ve given up, so thank you Diane. I’ve made it to almost 11 months and still going. As it’s International Midwives Day I wanted to say a massive thanks to Diane for everything she did for me and my baby girl!

Dear Milo159

Thank you for taking the time to send your thanks to Diane, and recognise the great care you received from her.

I'm sure Diane will be really happy to know that her support following your daughters birth in assisting you with breastfeeding has led to you successfully feeding your daughter for the last 11 months, well done, and such a wonderful start in life for your daughter.

Best wishes to you and your family

Jane
