"disappointed with the service of a Dr pediatrician"

About: Watford General Hospital

Today I was very disappointed with the service of a Doctor of Pediatrics. It was very ironic, proud and unprofessional. I was waiting this appointment 40 days for waste my time.My son had a convulsion and stopped breathing last month for more than a minute. That night he also raised the fever. I asked him to measure his temperature, and he told me there was no thermometer.?!??That's just unbelivable!!!

And finally he told me that I do not need to make an appointment in such cases.

Sorry for me this is not a professional service!:(
