What amazing care my mum recieved from ward B11 we can't thank sister Ramage, SN Lin, SN Rebecca   enough for the amazing care and attention she received. All the staff were very helpful from the lovely domestic who cheered my mum up by being so friendly and kind to all the nursing staff and doctors. Nothing was ever a bother to the staff from getting my mum glasses of ice to a dyson fan all helped her feel just a little bit better.

Continue the fantastic care and once again thanks so so much for your help and kindness at such a hard time.

Thank you for taking the time to praise the staff in B11-It means so much when care is appreciated.

I personally think that kindness in particular can make such a difference to the overall experience of care. Thank you again.
