"One particular member of staff needs customer..."

About: St Andrews Medical Practice.

One particular member of staff is rude abrupt and clearly was off on the day they did

the dignity and respect training. She has slammed the phone down before when Ive tried to make an appointment. How is she allowed to deal with the public with an awful attitude like that? She lets down an otherwise good practice.
