"Nothing short of excellent thank you all"

I took my fiancé to A&E yesterday evening and have just been discharged this evening. She was really unwell and this is very out of character for her. The kindness and compassion shown by all staff from the moment we arrived was nothing short of excellent, triage, reception, Hca’s, doctors, cleaners absolutely everyone seemed focused and worked incredibly well as a team to not only provide a thoroughly professional service but also one that made us feel safe and cared for. Not only the staff on A&e but also AAU were great. Thanks so much and keep up the great work you do it is amazing how in times of so much pressure you all still find the time to treat us as I feel you would your own.
