"Echo kidney scan"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

(as the patient),

Visited in May for a kidney scan the initial contact from the nurse was warm and welcoming, but the doctor who carried out the scan was very abrupt and spoke to me like a naughty child. I felt as though it was a bother to her to carry out the scan. I accept that the staff do a great job under trying circumstances but a pleasant attitude would be more encouraging to the patient.
