"Excellent care for elderly mother"

From the moment my mother was picked up in the ambulance the care and attention she received at Northwick Park was exemplary. The Ambulance team were great, the assessment nurses and doctors so thorough and kind. When she was moved to the assessment ward the nurses and carers, particularly one who brightened the ward with her infectious personality and singing, they couldnt do enough and the oncology nurse kept us informed of the results and the next steps.

I was pleased to learn how impressed you were with the treatment your mother received and that the staff were kind, it is always encouraging to receive positive feedback.

We will of course share your very kind words with the staff in the Emergency Department who I am sure will be very heartened to hear that their good work has been recognized in such a way.
