I registered at the reception at around 5 pm and was called about 7 pm. I slipped on the ramp at work and sustained cut injury on my Upper lip which was swollen and Bruised knees and wrist. The nurse who attended to me asked what happened and why I was there, in explained to her and carried out assessment. She told me that this issue shouldn't be a reason to go hospital as it's superficial. I told her that I work and

I have injuries and experiencing pains and she said it's not a reason for me not to carry on working and the hospital doesn't provide reports.

I wasn't treated the way other professionals has treated me from previous appointments and the way she talked doesn't show she even care that I had injuries. My mouth was swollen with scratches and having pains as I just had an accident.
