"Laproscopic hysterectomy"

About: Basildon University Hospital / Gynaecology

I was treated by the consultant and his team with such care and dignity during my appointments, surgery and aftercare.

I was kept informed at every stage, and given options for my treatment.

I had surgery, which was uneventful, and left hospital the next day.

The consultant's team and all the staff on Horndon ward were excellent, calm, caring and patient. I was terrified at the thought of having a hysterectomy, but can honestly say that it was virtually painfree. I am now recovering at home, and thankful that I was treated by such wonderful people.

Thank you all, I am eternally grateful.
