"All aspects of care given was fully explained to my son"

My 8 year old son had hurt his wrist badly playing in a park, and needed to have it examined. After waiting for only 5 mins in A & E, was quickly seen in the Minor Ailments Department by Specialist nurse Margaret, and Student Nurse Cheryl, who were both fantastic. He was quickly given analgesia, treated with care and attention, and his opinion was considered. All aspects of care given was fully explained to my son which he liked. Excellent service, professional and empathetic staff! Thankyou
