About: Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital

My 89 year old mother had a blackout and fell down some stairs from calling 999 till being discharged today I cannot fault any part of her treatment. She was treated with dignity and the utmost kindness from all the staff from the paramedic who took us to the hospital the doctors nurses and all the staff

Dear patmac,

I am so sorry to hear about what your mother went through, I do hope she is on the mend. I am so pleased to hear that all of the staff treated her with the dignity and kindness she deserves. Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, I’ll be sure to share this with the team today.

Best wishes to you and your mother,
