I had an operation on my foot carried out in May 2017. The operation experience itself was fine, however afterwards I felt that there was no effort put into aftercare. I was given different advise regarding procedures, i.e. where to go to have stiches removed, dressings changed etc.. I had to arrange follow up scans and x-rays where I felt I was not taken seriously, and the general manner of the staff was not friendly. In the end I was discharged yet I was still suffering with no account as to why. Not the best experience and nothing that I would recommend, a disappointment to what I would expect.
