About: Burnley General Hospital

I recently concluded a course of cardiac rehab at Burnley General Hospital.I have many medical issues like arthritis,heart problems,spinal stroke and was going through mental issues at the same time.however the member of staff took all this into consideration and I have to say my balance and therefore confidence have improved immensely,I cannot thanks her enough for her patience and understanding during the course.

So please let her know I have sent this e-mail and say a big thank you to her for me.
