"Thank you to the iCope team"

Having been referred to iCope by my GP, I was expecting a long wait and relatively impersonal care (considering how stretched mental health resources are). I couldn't have been more wrong. This was my first experience of CBT and I feel that the care I was offered (the time, the sensitivity of my counsellor, and the range of options offered for further care) were second to none. I felt that I was listened to and given fantastic advice/ coping strategies that I could use outside of our sessions. It's over a year since my final session and I feel that I wouldn't be in such a positive place without the help that I received from iCope. Thank you so much!
