I recently had a colonoscopy in the Endoscopy Unit at County Hospital Stafford. 

The whole experience considering that it is an unpleasant and embarrassing procedure was excellent . Every member of staff I met was kind , courteous and extremely professional. They put me at ease so much and we’re all very respectful and considerate . I even got lost and a very kind admin assistant took the trouble to insist on taking me where I needed to go . Absolutely superb customer service !!!!
