"my second visit"

the first visit i had was excellent the lady i saw knew what she was talking about and i felt comfortable with her she said she would contact her medic to talk about my medication and get it raised and made me a further appointment which i thought was for that the second visit i saw a different who despite me telling her i did not want and would not do group work kept on about this option and i felt like i was being pressurized into it at the end of the meeting i was left with no support despite me showing an interest in counselling her only words were that she was going to refer me to a medic which i thought i was going to see that day no mention of a letter or date was given to me and more importantly no support was put in place for me apart from CBT which may or may not happen some time in the future i feel totally let down by this service
