I don't know where to start but in summary the treatment that my mom in law has received at the hospital is disgusting! She is 88 and very weak she was diagnosed with Pneumonia earlier in the week and has struggled to eat for a while now, we expressed our concerns to the ward sister last night that we didn't want her to be discharged back to her residential home as we believe that she now requires a nursing home, we were assured that she would be assessed and seen by a different consultant today.

We have been to visit her at the hospital this afternoon to find out that she has been sent back to the residential home without anyone having the decency to let us know!

I have been reading the reviews on this site and have noticed that where there is a 5 star review the hospital are quick to comment but when it is a poor review there are no hospital comments - funny that isn't it!
