"Patient care staff neglect"

My mother was recently discharged from ward 14 after having treatment for a broken hip.I visited every day received very little communication from senior staff and the communication I did receive has resulted in number 1 failure to have had an important injection number2 senior nurse involving social services without my knowledge resulting in a visit to our home late at night to check that I was giving my mam her medication ,number,3 not requesting a female physiotherapist number,4 my mother was often left unwashed to the point where I wanted her out of the hospital I never saw a doctor she was called by the wrong name ,?
