Be aware that this surgery will not fax an emergency routine prescription to a chemist should you be a vulnerable elderly person with diabetes or worse. This is a common practice for many many gp’s but not so the practice manager says at this surgery.... oh and don’t question her or she’ll put the phone down on you !! Really helpful
