I urgently needed an official signed and stamped letter to claim a refund for a flight as i have to have an urgent knee replacement in 4 days and a flight in 7 days which i have had to cancel, i spoke with the receptionist who along with their colleague worked their magic and within 2 hours i picked up my letter, what wonderful, friendly and helpful service i received so thank you very much to all involved, it's very much appreciated.
