(as a service user),

We came in for an induction and unfortunately the baby became distressed and resulted in us needing an emergency C-section. Our midwife, Bushra, was an amazing support throughout and helped to keep myself and my husband calm. We could not fault the support we received from Bushra before, during and after the C-section.

She helped make our experience a lot calmer than it could have been and are so grateful for her support.

Baby Jack says thank you so much and apologises for weeing on you as he arrived!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about our maternity service. It is always a pleasure to hear from women who have received compassionate care from our midwives. This is because it is something that we pride ourselves on. I will share your story with Bushra as I know that she will be delighted that she put you at ease at what must have been a scary time. I hope that baby Jack is doing well and that you are recovering after your C-section.
