"Wow! Support group is a lifeline"

About: Inclusion Cambridgeshire

(as a service user),

This was my first visit to the support group on a Saturday morning. Wow! what a help. Thank you. It is a lifeline. I left the group feeling lighter than when I went in. I felt I had support and understanding and so many had the same desperation I was feeling. I left feeling I could cope again, So I will be back for more sessions.

Thank you so much.

Hi capricornusrn37

I am so pleased you found it useful. We think this way of working is fantastic. people who have experienced the same type of issues helping each other. We can guide you along but nothing can compare to being understood by someone who has been there.

Keep coming, like you say and I'm sure one day you will be providing the support for others.

Thanks again

Paul
