I have multiple health problems but took unwell and my friend called NHS24 and a blue light ambulance was sent to us. During what could of been a very upsetting experience the amazing ambulance technician helped me to stay calm and keep any anxiety I was feeling at bay. I can’t thank all three ambulance crew members that treated me enough. I have unfortunately not had the best of experiences in the past with ambulance crews I have encountered through my health problems but those three changed all that for me.
They didn't just put me at ease but my friend who had called NHS24.
Unfortunately, I can't remember the technician's name but I would like to pass on how amazing a job he is doing. We need more people working in the healthcare profession with his character and ability.
