"50+ years with The Limes"

I can honestly say that having been a patient of The Limes for 50 or more years I have never had any cause for complaint. I have heard people say that they can never get through on the phone or can never get an appointment when they want one but there is a difference between when a patient "wants" to make contact and when a patient "needs" to make contact. It must be obvious that first thing on Monday mornings the surgery is likely to be very busy and it may be difficult to get through so unless it is a "life and death" situation try calling in the afternoon . I hope that is helpful.. I can only judge from my own experiences that when I needed to be treated either at The Limes or in Harlow I was dealt with by all staff promptly in a professional but friendly manner. Who could ask for more?

Very recently I had a problem which was not a strictly medical problem but which was giving me a lot of worry and stress. A short discussion with a senior member of The Limes team produced a common sense solution which I am confident will resolve my problem to the satisfaction of all. This is an example of the lengths to which The Limes team will go to try to meet the needs of their patients. I am sure, in fact I know from personal experience that this is not an isolated case. Thank you Limes.
