"Un happy"

I am extremely un happy i have had an ingrowing toenail for 6 month and have managed to see a gp only twice. It seems that they keep prescribing medicine over the phone without seeing me. The telephones are terrible as no one will answer and are unavailable when lines open. When i have been in the surgery i have heard the phone ring but no person seems bothered to answer even though there is adequate amount of staff. Took stafff 45 minutes to realise my doctor had not arrived and no doctor to see me. I am really worried as i am diabetic my toe has gotten severely infected and no gp seems bothered. The service seems to have gone downhill very fast
