"Failure in providing appropriate treatment"

About: Leicester General Hospital / Dermatology

Latest visit Febrauary 2018, was told to make contact if the prescribed treatment was not helping to improve condition. Was told to make contacr within 3 weeks by the consulrant. Since Febraury I have telephoned in several ocassions to explain that treatment has not worked and ti be put forward for alternative. Have spiken to numerous staff, none have tried to help. Follow appoinnrment needed urgently as condition is now serious. It has been three months of trying to obtain an earler follow up but so far I have had no success with rhe dermatology department.
