About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout the afternoon and my named nurse Hayley was very kind while also being professional and efficient.. Everything was done to be reassuring and informative to the patients. The consultant, Miss Munro, spoke to each of us in an unhurried, understanding way and in theatre the staff were also exceptionally kind. The care I received could not have been better in any way and the entire experience made me very proud of the NHS and of Queen Margaret Hospital.

It seems you have had a very positive experience being well cared for by all members of the team, I will share your comments with the Doctor, nursing staff and theatre staff who will all appreciate them very much.
