My wife was 9 weeks pregnant and for the last 3 weeks she couldn't retain any food or liquid, her health was in hihg risk. Midwife told us that she needed medicine so keep her and baby healthy. she sent us to the GP, Our GP couldn't help and sent us to the emergency hospital.
It was quite morning, no more than 2 person on the waiting room and just the receptionis,
after talking to her and explain the situation that she didn't care, a nurse came by and basically laugh at us, also said she doesn't look sick. This is not an emergency case we can't do anything for you here. After that she kick us out and me and my wife didn't know how to behave. My wifre cryed all the way home.
Very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful people.
they don't care about ill people and even we feel insulted.
Avoid Peterborough emergency unit as much as you can.
I didn't catch the nurse name but she should be fired.
"I get referral from my GP to A&E Peterborough"
