I visited the Minor Injuries Unit yesterday and received a fantastic level of care at every single touchpoint with staff.
The hospital was relatively quiet but I still felt that the staff all went above and beyond, most notably helping me look after two small children throughout the treatment.
The care I received went far beyond the actual treatment, I've never had a bad experience from visits and it's something I think is a benefit of having a small hospital in the heart of the community.
