"Chest pain"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Accident and emergency

Transferred by ambulance on Thursday evening, 5 April, from Accrington Victoria, where a brilliant Doctor stayed with me, having undertaken checks and tests. A & E Doctor at Royal Blackburn was brilliant, as were the ambulance staff and all other staff members. Ecg’s, blood tests, X-rays were all arranged with great efficiency, and that is what matters. Yes you do have to wait: the department is very busy, and you have to wait for results but the Doctor was very informative and explained all tests fully.

Every staff member who dealt with me was pleasant and efficient and I have nothing but praise for them : they are doing a fantastic job, thank you.
