About: Macclesfield District General Hospital / Respiratory medicine

This is the first time that I have to make a bad report but I am on ward 4 this happened in the morning at about 10-30 am

I am stuck in bed until they come to help me out of as my legs don't work properly well I asked for a bottle and I didn' get one so I had to press my call button and no one came my door was shut there was so much I know that there were people around the desk because there was a lot of laughing and it was just the doctors any how I ended up wetting the bed and it was lunch time when someone came so I was in a wet bed nearly all that time and was asked if I would be alright to get and washed after lunch now this the first time this has happened ..
