"Could not ask for a better team"

About: Ayrshire & Arran Community Services / Community Mental Health Team

(as a service user),

Lyndsay and Lorna from the Community Mental Health Team came to do an assessment, I could not have asked for a better team. They were excellent company, they put me completely at ease and left me feeling more confident.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
