About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

handed in my paper for urin and blood sample,from my gp. i also had the same paper from the diabetes people. 90 min wait,said the lady.so i went for breakfast. after 30 min im back and wait. at 12.30 handed someone his paper in and got number 121. 30 min later at 13.00 i asked for my paper back as i wanted not wait longer just to find out i had number 124. now explain me that.
