Thank you to the Consultant in Urogynaecology and Uro-neurology from UCLH for the truly fantastic care you took of me and the Nurse and took exceptional care of me the Nurse checking up on me and asking how I was getting on which is way beyond what anyone of us expected. Thank you both again.
I would like management to knowledge the good work this consultant offer to her patients and the hard work she does to meet the complex need of every patient. I for one can put my hand up and say in past I was in wrong about this consultant dealing with me wrongly and would like to apologise to her. The blame does not fell on the consultant it lie with management team.
Once again they have messed me around with my appointment to be seen at the consultants clinic. This is no reflection on the consultant.
Messing patients appointments about will only fell on to the consultant because patients will think it is her fault.
Management really need to get there fingers and deal with things I have two appointments in January 2019 together. Also I asked the girl who makes the appointments could I have a earlier appointment on the morning the receptionist staff member did not know how to do this because the receptionist staff member was only new and staff member did not get any training on booking outpatient clinic appointment.
Was talking to man from one department. He told me that it is clinic issues. It is not the outpatient department or the girl on Reception area.
It more to do with clinics and the consultant.
I have been trying to ring the consultants department still go on answer machine to see would to get it be possible to have an x-ray appointment to make sure the device is ok?”
Could someone let me know ASAP please.
