I have been a patient at Great Berry for 10+ years and over the years I have seen many improvements in how the surgery is managed.

Most notably, the ability to get appointments on the day or to book online.

The surgery has always responded to my needs, and if I've needed a home visit, they have come.

But most importantly, I have always found the doctors to be caring and helpful.

Senior doctors support younger, less experienced doctors ... and if a second opinion is required, they do not hesitate in getting others involved.

The nurses I've encountered have always been great too.

Overall, I think they're doing a super job despite I suspect being under budget and resource constraints all the time.
