"Low edges Surgery"

My wife had an appointment at this surgery on Friday 6th April.at9-35.

Having never been to this surgery we arrived early to check if we were at the correct surgery

My wife went to ask at reception if her appointment was here after asking the receptionist if I was at the right place.I went outside to tell my husband who was waiting for me in the car.

I returned to the waiting room waiting to be called in to see the nurse.My appointment was for 9-35 I was waiting and I received a text message at 9-50 saying I had not turned up for my appointment. I went to ask at reception why I had received this message when I was sat in reception waiting to be called her reply was because she hadn’t seen me come back into waiting room she assumed I wasn’t there.

On arriving back to collect me my husband asked why I was upset.after telling him the reason he went to the reception to find out what had happened.and explained to them that I didn’t need the stress as I was recovering from a stroke.

There was no opoligy offered for their mistake.
