"Delivery experience"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / Maternity

The worst delivery experience I’ve ever been in, I went to the hospital with five minutes between each contractions and they wanted to send me home. when I refused they kept me waiting in the second floor, after 6 hours I delivered my baby but my water breaks in the waiting room. I suffered and I felt nigligted and it was a painful experience.

Hi, I’m a PALS officer from the Patient and Liaison Service here at Whipps Cross. I am sorry to hear about your recent experience in the maternity unit. Could you please contact me on WXPals@bartshealth.nhs.uk if you would like me to take your concerns forward.
