I wish to extend my thanks to the ENT team. I attended an appointment with Mrs Siddiq. She was very professional, thorough, explained everything that was going on in an easy to understand manner, she also made clear outcomes and next steps.

The appointment was made within 48 hours of my GP surgery contacting the Hospital - incredible. I was very anxious about what the diagnosis might be, but for it to be dealt with so quickly - I am very impressed.

Also, I only have to wait for two weeks for the next step. To say I am very grateful is an understatement.
