About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service) NHS Lothian

(as a service user),

After jumping through hoops via nhs24 to get an appt.

My son was seen pretty close to his appt time. Doctor was very efficient in his assessment and issued a prescription.

Absolutely no complaints with the service.

Thank you for your comments via Care Opinion. I am pleased your son was seen by the Out of Hours Service and received an efficient assessment and medication to assist his symptoms. I do hope he is feeling much better.
